What we collect

Contact info you give us: name, email, and details you enter in forms (sport, position, goals, phone for coaching applications).
Purchase info: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email and what you bought — we never see or store your full card details.
Training data you enter in the members area (logged sets, readiness check-ins, 40 times).
Usage data: anonymous page-view counts and a random device ID stored in your browser to measure traffic. No third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver your programs, run your account, and provide coaching you request.
To email you the content you signed up for, plus tips and offers you can unsubscribe from anytime.
To understand which content and pages perform, so we can improve.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the platform: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & storage

We use your browser's local storage for essentials like keeping you logged in and remembering your device for visit counts. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email.
Access or delete your data — email us and we'll handle it.

Youth athletes

Our programs are used by minors. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should sign up and manage the account. Parents may contact us to review or remove a minor's information.
